Q: What kind of paint do you use?
A: We always use Benjamin Moore paints. If there is another product that you prefer or is a specialty item you are interested in we’ll research it for you and present to you our findings and let the choice be yours.
Q: Is there a charge for an estimate?
A: No, estimates are always free.
Q: Do you work nights or weekends?
A: Sometimes. During our busy season or when we are under a deadline we will work on weekends. If we are working for a company with business hours we will work within your time frame to get the job done.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Not at this time.
Q: How does payment work?
A: Usually in thirds. General rule is 1/3 to start, 1/3 halfway and balance upon completion. Payment schedules are always included on the written proposal and agreed upon by both us and you.
Q: Will the same person that estimates the work be present on the job?
A: Yes, the owner is on every job site and supervises all work.
Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: Yes, we offer a three year guarantee against peeling on all our exterior painting. And as always, if you are dissatisfied with something simply call and we will come back a fix it to your satisfaction.
Q: Do you sub-contract your work?
A: No, Ski’s Painting & Renovations, LLC will always be the company you deal with when you hire us.
